  Wormhole is also called Einstein-Rosen bridge or Einstein-Rosen wormhole. This wormhole theory is based upon a special solution of the Eins tein field equation.  Connecting two different Universe A Wormhole can be visualised as a tunnel with two ends at separate points in space time. A Wormhole could connect extremely long distances such  billion light years or more, short distances such as a few meters, different galaxies, different Universe or different point in time.  The wormhole theory postulates that a theoretical passage through space-time could create shortcuts for long journeys across the universe. Wormholes are predicted by the theory of general relativity. But be wary: wormholes bring with them the dangers of sudden collapse, high radiation and dangerous contact with exotic matter.
